· Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment verification.

· What is processing time? This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment, including picking, packing, and generating a shipping label. It does not include the transit time once the carrier has received the package.

· During Sales & Holidays: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak sale periods or holidays. We will post any announcements regarding delays on our website's homepage.

 

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

 

· We Ship To: We currently ship to United States and most other countries.

· Our Carriers: We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

 

3. Shipping Options & Costs

 

Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery destination, and order weight. Below are our standard options:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carriers website to see the real-time status of your delivery.

 

If you did not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of your shipment confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at sarahshen854489@outlook.com.

 

5. International Shipping

 

· Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

· Compliance: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with their country's import laws. Galaxy Magic Press on Nails is not liable for any packages seized or rejected by customs authorities.

 

6. Undeliverable Packages

 

A package may be returned to us if it is deemed undeliverable for the following reasons:

 

· An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.

· The package was unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts.

· Required customs fees were not paid (for international orders).

 

If this occurs, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Please note that reshipping the order will require additional shipping fees. We strongly advise you to double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

 

7. Shipping Damage or Missing Items

 

We pack every order with great care to ensure its safe arrival. However, occasionally, issues can occur during transit.
